The War

"Israel is Ready for A long Term War"

Israel may be in the fight for a few more weeks at least!

"Israel is Ready for A long Term War"

A senior Israeli security official warned on Wednesday that Israel is bracing for a "prolonged campaign" as direct hostilities with Iran and Hezbollah continue to escalate. Speaking on the current state of the conflict, the official noted that while the military is prepared for a long-term struggle, the intensity and duration remain fluid.

"We are preparing in all aspects, from planning daily munition quotas to maintaining a multi-arena perspective," the official stated.

"The focus is on Iran. We are operating according to a structured plan based on predefined goals, making real-time adjustments based on intelligence and operational success."

The official highlighted the unprecedented level of cooperation between Jerusalem and Washington, describing the conflict as a shared effort.

"We are constantly coordinating and synchronizing strategically, operatively, and tactically with our partner [the U.S.]. Ultimately, this is a joint war. It’s not 'us and them'; it’s us together. It is truly remarkable."

The statement comes as the Israeli Air Force (IAF) completed several waves of airstrikes targeting sites in Tehran and western Iran. These strikes are part of the ongoing "Lion’s Roar" operation.

In response, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed they have already executed their "heaviest and most powerful operation" since the start of the war. Iranian state media reported the launch of long-range Khorramshahr ballistic missiles targeting Israeli territory and American assets in the region.

According to Israeli sources cited by CNN, the security establishment is bracing for a "significant expansion" of attacks from both Iran and Hezbollah during the overnight hours. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reportedly convened a high-level meeting with top political and security officials to discuss the latest developments.

In Northern Israel, tensions are at a breaking point. Moshe Davidovich, head of the Mateh Asher Regional Council, issued a video message urging residents to remain in close proximity to protected spaces (shelters). Local municipalities have canceled all public activities following intelligence assessments of incoming rocket fire.
