Ryanair cancels all flights to and from Israel until October

This decision ostensibly comes due to higher passenger fees. The Hungarian company Wizz Air and British EasyJet will be picking up the slack.

Low cost airline Ryanair has cancelled all flights to and from Israel until October, reportedly over a dispute over passenger fees, according to Calcalist.

Per the report, although it is passengers and not the airline which pays the fees, and demand from Israel for flights is only increasing, Ryanair still took a pass.

Low cost companies EasyJet and Wizz Air will be available for eager Israeli travellers in their stead.
