Britain Designates Iranian Revolutionary Guards as National Security Threat
Britain has designated the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) as a threat to the country under the National Security Act. Under the law, anyone who supports the IRGC, assists them, or receives payment from them may face up to 14 years in prison. Those who commit acts of sabotage on behalf of the organization may face life imprisonment.
