Cluster Munitions and Shrapnel Rain Down on Central Israel

Security forces are currently operating across several locations in central Israel following a targeted Iranian missile attack involving both ballistic and cluster munitions. According to preliminary military reports, a total of four projectiles were launched from Iran toward the Israeli heartland. The IDF confirmed that two ballistic missiles were successfully intercepted by air defense systems, while a third ballistic missile struck an open area. A fourth projectile, identified as a cluster munition missile, released submunitions over the central district.
