High Level Security Directives Issued

Complete Nuclear Material Extraction: Israel Insists on Total Uranium Removal in US Iran Framework

Ahead of high level discussions with President Donald Trump, the Israeli security establishment defined its core non negotiable demands regarding the total removal of enriched uranium from Iran and complete freedom of military action.

Uranium enrichment

Following high level discussions between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and senior defense officials, the Israeli security establishment formulated its list of non negotiable security requirements ahead of Netanyahu's upcoming summit with United States President Donald Trump. The core demand identified as non negotiable is the complete removal of enriched uranium stockpiles from Iranian territory.

The primary requirement centers on ensuring that any potential understanding between Washington and Tehran requires the total extraction of processed nuclear material from Iran. Israeli defense officials designated this point as critical to preventing Tehran from maintaining breakout capabilities toward nuclear weapons development.

In addition to nuclear restrictions, Israel insists on preserving full freedom of military action to neutralize emerging threats across all operational arenas, including Iran, Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon. Security leadership views unrestricted operational access as a vital pillar of national defense strategy to guarantee that military capabilities remain unconstrained.

The defense establishment also expects significant international pressure regarding military positions along northern frontiers, but maintains a firm stance on preserving buffer zones along the Syrian and Lebanese borders. Officials emphasized that retaining these strategic buffer zones is essential for defending border communities.

Concurrently, defense leadership stressed the imperative of maintaining the technological superiority of the Israel Defense Forces. This focus comes amid discussions surrounding potential American sales of F35 fighter jets to Turkey, following statements by President Trump affirming, "nobody will tell me what to sell."

According to reports provided to Reuters, Israeli defense forces under Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir maintain an exceptionally high state of operational readiness due to assessments that negotiations between the United States and Iran carry low prospects of success and could rapidly collapse into active military hostilities.
