Dozens of rockets launched from Lebanon toward northern Israel

Dozens of launches from Lebanon have been fired toward northern Israel. Concurrently, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar told his French counterpart that the Lebanese government and its army are not taking any significant actions against Hezbollah.
