Fire on Route 44 Following Missile Impact in Central Israel

Heavy smoke and large flames were reported on Route 44 Sunday afternoon following a missile impact in the Gush Dan region. The highway, which serves as a critical artery connecting the Shephelah (lowlands) to the greater Tel Aviv metropolitan area, was partially blocked as emergency teams rushed to the scene.
