France to deploy forces to protect Saudi oil terminal from Houthi attacks

French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France will deploy forces, radar systems, and air defense systems to protect the Yanbu oil terminal in Saudi Arabia, which was damaged in a Houthi attack. Macron clarified the deployment is "not to participate in any conflict, but to protect this site." France is joining Britain in assisting Saudi Arabia with defensive missions against the Houthis.
