Hebron mayor accuses Israel of collective punishment, says 1,500 residents under siege

The mayor of Hebron stated that Israeli forces are implementing collective punishment against Hebron residents, imposing a siege on approximately 1,500 people and restricting their freedom of movement. He added that around 3,300 additional residents have been displaced from their homes.
