IDF arrests over 70 suspects in West Bank counterterrorism operations

Israeli forces conducted extensive counterterrorism operations overnight and Saturday morning across the West Bank, apprehending more than 70 wanted individuals. The ISA and Border Police participated in the operations. In the Samaria area, forces completed a brigade-level operation in Tell, where Friday's shooting attacker resided, arresting 11 suspects and questioning approximately 80 others. In Menashe, troops searched over 300 locations and detained Hamas-affiliated terrorists and individuals involved in explosive device attacks. In Binyamin, around 20 suspects were arrested, including those involved in terror attacks, Molotov cocktail attacks, and arms trafficking, with 50 additional people questioned. In Ephraim, 15 suspects were apprehended, including Hamas affiliates and a terrorist who intended to carry out an attack. In Etzion and Judea, 16 suspects were detained for incitement, Hamas affiliation, and arms trafficking. Hunting weapons were also confiscated.
