IDF eliminates Hamas sniper commander and October 7th infiltrator in Gaza strikes

The IDF struck targets in Gaza earlier this week, killing Ahmad Hisham Mahmoud Louh, a sniper cell commander in Hamas' Nuseirat Battalion in southern Gaza, and Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Taroush, a platoon commander in Hamas' military wing in northern Gaza. Louh was the last sniper cell commander in the Nuseirat Battalion. Taroush infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7th massacre. Both were eliminated in precise aerial strikes on Monday. The IDF said the operatives posed threats to troops and civilians and attempted to advance terror attacks. IDF forces remain deployed in the area under the ceasefire agreement.
