IDF eliminates three Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists in northern Gaza strikes
The IDF struck targets in northern Gaza Strip, eliminating three terrorists who were planning attacks against Israeli forces. On Wednesday, Said As'ad Said Akrim, a commander in Hamas' Daraj Tuffah Battalion, was killed in the Tuffah area; he had been involved in planting explosives and planning shooting attacks. On Tuesday, two additional terrorists were eliminated: Nimer Yasser Nimer Arshi, an Islamic Jihad artillery operative who participated in rocket launches toward Israel, and Ahmed Bazahat Saleh Shaer, a Hamas Shuja'iya Battalion terrorist involved in planting explosives. The IDF stated the terrorists were advancing attacks in violation of the ceasefire and posed an immediate threat. Precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to minimize civilian harm.
