IDF eliminates two Hamas terrorists in northern Gaza strikes

The IDF struck targets in northern Gaza last Tuesday, killing Fares Al-Masri, head of a department in Hamas' Weapons Production Headquarters, and Muhammad Abu Shakyan, a Nukhba terrorist. Al-Masri was involved in manufacturing weapons as part of Hamas' efforts to rebuild military capabilities in violation of the ceasefire agreement. Both terrorists had been involved in planning attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians in recent months. The IDF said it took steps to mitigate civilian harm, including using precise munitions and aerial surveillance.
