IDF finds weapons, arrests four suspects in Qalqilya operation

Israeli security forces discovered two underground shafts approximately 12 meters deep during an overnight weapons search operation in Qalqilya. Troops confiscated an M16 rifle, a hunting rifle, a handgun, and ammunition found near the shafts. Four suspects involved in terrorist activity were apprehended and are being questioned. The IDF clarified that examination of the shafts ruled out the presence of a tunnel route, contrary to earlier unofficial reports, and confirmed the shafts were not near the security barrier. Forces continue searching the area for additional shafts and weapons.
