IDF Issues Rare Evacuation Warning in Southern Lebanon Ahead of Strike on Hezbollah Site

In an unusual move, the IDF Arabic-language spokesperson issued a direct evacuation notice targeting a specific building in the village of Toul, located 35 kilometers north of the Israeli border, beyond the Litani River in southern Lebanon. The message called on all individuals within a 500-meter radius of the structure to immediately evacuate the area, citing Hezbollah’s use of the building for military purposes.
