IDF Launches Panel to Address Suicides Linked to Military Service

The IDF announced the formation of a special committee to evaluate recognition and support for former soldiers and reservists who died by suicide due to their service. Headed by former Manpower Directorate Chief Maj. Gen. (res.) Moti Almoz, the panel was ordered by Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, Defense Minister Israel Katz, and Manpower Directorate Head Dado Bar Kalifa.
