IDF returns 14 Israeli civilians who illegally crossed into Syria

Fourteen Israeli civilians crossed the border into Syria near Alonei Habashan and were returned to Israeli territory by IDF soldiers dispatched to locate them. The individuals were transferred to Israel Police for further handling. The IDF condemned the incident, stating it disrupts operational activity and endangers soldiers. The military called on law enforcement to prosecute those involved and prevent recurrence of what it described as a criminal offense.
