Iran officially delivered its response last night to Trump's 15-clause proposal and is awaiting an American reply, Iranian media report. An intelligence source told Iran's Tasnim network that Iran demands an end to "crimes and terrorism by the enemy," real conditions to prevent war renewal, compensation for war damages, and recognition of Iran's right to control the Strait of Hormuz. The source added that Iran believes U.S. negotiation claims are "merely a deception" aimed at misleading the world, keeping oil prices low, and buying time to prepare for a ground invasion in southern Iran.
