Iranian professor killed in Tehran assassination, two other attacks reported

Iranian opposition sources report at least three assassination attempts in residential neighborhoods in Tehran early this morning. Prof. Saeed Shamghadari, a member of the management of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at the Iranian University of Science and Technology, was killed in an attack in the Chizar area. According to opposition sources, he was an expert in ballistic missile production. The other two attacks occurred on Andargazou Street south of Salimi Street, and on Makaran Street, Alley 13.
