Israel Permits 56 WFP Aid Trucks into Northern Gaza via Zikim Crossing

Yesterday, Israel allowed 56 humanitarian aid trucks from the World Food Programme (WFP) to enter the northern Gaza Strip through the Zikim crossing. This is, of course, the old method, the criticized method. Security officials say there was no choice but to allow additional aid into an area where organized distribution centers, such as those in Netzarim and Rafah, have not yet been established.
