Likud constitution committee to vote on party list selection proposals

The Likud constitution committee will vote tomorrow on two competing proposals for selecting the party list. Netanyahu's proposal includes primaries with 8 reserved spots for the prime minister. The ministers' alternative proposal features a selection committee for the list, 8 reserved spots for the prime minister, and regional representatives chosen through primaries in which incumbent Knesset members can also run.
