Gottlieb: Fraudulent Ballots in Likud Primary

Knesset member alleges some polling stations received voting forms that omit her name, urges party members to report irregularities directly

Likud MK Tally Gotliv Claims Fraudulent Ballots in Primary Vote

Knesset Member Tally Gotliv issued an unusual public warning on Monday, alerting voters in the Likud party primary that fraudulent ballot forms have surfaced at certain polling locations, forms that do not include her name among the candidates.

"Attention Likud voters! There are polling stations with fraudulent forms without my name!!" she wrote, urging party members participating in the primary to carefully examine their ballots before marking their preferred candidates.

The lawmaker did not specify which voting locations had received the allegedly falsified forms, but she called on voters to contact her directly with information about any similar incidents. "Stay alert," she wrote. "Update me directly."

She linked the incident to internal power struggles within Likud, suggesting that organized factions within the party are acting in response to the support she has been receiving from rank-and-file members. "Likud operatives and vote contractors are in hysteria over the strength of the free votes," she stated.

The Knesset member added an explicit warning regarding the validity of any polling stations where such forms are discovered, making clear her intention to challenge their results. "A ballot box with a fraudulent form will be disqualified," she declared.
