MK Bitan confronts Netanyahu over leaks during Likud meeting

Likud MK David Bitan confronted Prime Minister Netanyahu during the party meeting, accusing him of leaking information while the meeting was in progress. "Your people should be ashamed of these leaks," Bitan told Netanyahu. He stated he defended Netanyahu "with my own body" and emphasized that the party center will decide on matters concerning Knesset members. "We will not allow the political elimination of excellent Knesset members. We will preserve Likud and the future of the movement," Bitan declared.
