Naftali Bennett Secures NIS 3 Million to Fund New Party
Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has raised NIS 3 million in financial guarantees to secure credit for his newly registered political party, “Bennett 2026,” Calcalist reported Monday. Bennett himself pledged NIS 1 million as a personal guarantor. Two additional backers contributed the remaining NIS 2 million in equal parts, ensuring the party has the collateral required to obtain campaign-related loans ahead of potential elections. The move marks Bennett’s clearest financial step yet toward a political comeback, after months of speculation regarding his future in Israeli politics.
