New ruling defines eligibility period for Operation “Am K’Lavi” furlough benefits

The Knesset Finance Committee ruled that up to 10 out of the 12 days of Operation “Am K’Lavi” will count toward qualifying for unpaid leave compensation. The decision allows for non-continuous absences and was reached in coordination with labor unions and the Finance Ministry.
