Rubio Says US-Saudi Nuclear Deal Will Include Safeguards Against Weaponization

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio states that any civilian nuclear energy agreement with Saudi Arabia will include oversight and security mechanisms to ensure the program cannot be converted into nuclear weapons development.
