Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland leaders to sign joint independence declaration

The First Ministers of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will meet tomorrow in Cardiff to sign a joint declaration calling for recognition of the right to self-determination and independence referendums. John Swinney (Scotland), Rhun ap Iorwerth (Wales), and Michelle O'Neill (Northern Ireland) - all leaders of pro-independence parties - will sign a memorandum promoting cooperation on economy, energy, and European relations.
