South Korean Foreign Minister visits Washington for talks with U.S. Secretary of State

South Korea's top diplomat Cho Hyun arrived in Washington on Thursday for a three-day visit. He is scheduled to meet with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday to discuss bilateral economic and security arrangements, North Korea, and the ongoing Middle East conflict, according to South Korea's Foreign Ministry.
