Suwayda Death Toll Rises to Over 1,100

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that more than 1,100 people have died in violent clashes and crackdowns during ongoing unrest in Suwayda province. The predominantly Druze region has been the center of escalating anti-regime protests met with brutal force by Syrian security units.
