Sweden PM: The situation in Gaza is horrific.

Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson: The situation in Gaza is horrific, and Israel is failing to meet even the most basic commitments and agreements regarding humanitarian aid. Therefore, Sweden demands that the European Union immediately freeze the trade clause of the Association Agreement; economic pressure on Israel must increase. The Israeli government must allow unrestricted humanitarian aid to Gaza. At the same time, pressure on Hamas must be intensified so that the hostages are released immediately and unconditionally. Sweden welcomes that more countries in the Middle East are calling for Hamas to be disarmed and not allowed to be part of any future government in Gaza.
