Three ISIS Operatives Arrested for Car Bomb Plot

Israeli security forces have arrested three ISIS-affiliated terrorists from East Jerusalem suspected of planning a car bomb attack targeting security personnel in the capital. The suspects were apprehended before carrying out the attack, in what authorities say was a major counterterrorism success.
