Trump warns Houthis over recent attacks, threatens retaliation after inauguration
President Donald Trump issued a statement criticizing the Houthis for "behaving very badly" and attacking Saudi Arabia in what he described as an attempt to drive up oil prices. Trump claimed he previously bombed the group heavily a year ago and they stopped at their request, remaining silent until recently. He suggested the Houthis are acting at Iran's direction, calling Iran a "Failing Nation" with no navy, no air force, the world's worst economy, and 301% inflation. Trump warned he will be in office after the elections and "will never forget" their actions.
