Lufthansa Group Extends Suspension of Flights to Israel Until June 8

The Lufthansa Group has announced it is extending the suspension of all flights to and from Tel Aviv through June 8, citing an updated security assessment. The suspension affects all group airlines, including Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings. The airline also stated that several specific Tel Aviv routes for June have been temporarily removed from the schedule (LH682/83; LH690/91; OS859/60). "We regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers and are offering free cancellations or rebookings for affected travelers," a Lufthansa spokesperson said.
