Israel Namdar Charged After 2.5-Year Manhunt

Two and a half years after being involved in a garbage truck accident that seriously injured a woman on Yechezkel Street in Jerusalem, an indictment has been filed against Israel Namdar. Since the incident, Namdar has evaded the police, even managing to escape from officers who had already handcuffed him, and was considered a fugitive until his arrest about two weeks ago, after two and a half years on the run.
