Netanyahu Diagnosed with Food Poisoning

The Prime Minister’s Office announced that after feeling unwell during the night, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was examined at home by Prof. Alon Hershko, head of internal medicine at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. He was diagnosed with intestinal inflammation caused by food poisoning. According to Michal Shemesh, Netanyahu suffered from dehydration and is currently receiving intravenous fluids. Following further tests, his condition was deemed stable. Netanyahu will rest at home for the next three days while continuing to manage state affairs remotely. Shemesh added that the testimonies scheduled for Netanyahu at the District Court tomorrow and the day after will almost certainly be canceled.
