The Israeli Druze leader warned the President that "Here is the English translation: "The US must protect the Druze minority in Syria from the continued massacre being carried out by extremist militias without governmental ability to control the situation. We are facing horrific scenes of genocide, in a malicious attack on innocent Druze civilians - the United States, leader of the free world, is enabling this and turning a blind eye. It is inconceivable that it would ignore these terrible acts in order to impose governmental force and trample all civil rights, while committing crimes against humanity and genocide."
