Beit Shemesh Man Arrested After Son Found Tied Up

A 45-year-old resident of Beit Shemesh has been arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful imprisonment, after police discovered his minor son tied up by his hands and feet. According to the investigation, the father allegedly bound the child on multiple occasions over the past two years, sometimes for hours at a time, without providing food or water.
