Palestinian Rioters Hurl Stones at Israeli Tractor

Dozens of Palestinians rioted near the village of Umm al-Kheir, close to the Israeli community of Carmel in the South Hebron Hills, hurling stones at an Israeli tractor conducting work in the area. According to the emergency response organization Hatzalah Yehuda and Shomron, live fire was used during the unrest, and one of the rioters was critically wounded. CPR is being administered at the scene.
