Update: 17-Year-Old Shot at Tzur Har'el Outpost; Terrorism Ruled Out

A 17-year-old boy sustained a gunshot wound to the lower back Tuesday afternoon at the Tzur Har'el outpost in the Binyamin region, near Givat Assaf. According to the “Rescue Without Borders – Judea and Samaria” emergency service, the teen was fully conscious while receiving medical treatment at the scene.
