Attempt to Seize Terrorist’s Body After His Elimination in Nablus

An unusual incident occurred during an IDF operation in the city of Nablus (Shechem) earlier today (Sunday). Following the elimination of a terrorist who had attacked Israeli forces, IDF troops arrived at the scene to retrieve the body for operational investigation. According to reports, a Palestinian ambulance arrived unexpectedly and attempted to seize the terrorist’s body and flee the scene — allegedly to prevent Israeli analysis and potentially to use the body for propaganda purposes through affiliated “research institutes.” IDF soldiers encountered resistance from the paramedics, as well as from a Palestinian woman who attempted to block them from removing the body. Despite the resistance, the IDF force completed its mission and transported the body for further examination. No injuries were reported among Israeli forces. The IDF is currently reviewing the incident and assessing protocols regarding interactions with Palestinian medical teams in sensitive operational zones.
