Freed Hostages Enjoy Private Outing at Closed Ayalon Mall

Eighteen of the 20 hostages released over the past week arrived quietly at the Ayalon Mall last night for a three-hour private outing, accompanied by family members. The shopping center was closed to the public for the event, according to Mako. At 10:00 p.m., select store owners were informed they would need to remain open while all regular customers were escorted out. Staff members were asked to hand over their cell phones before the freed hostages entered the mall, ensuring a completely private, camera-free evening.
