Hamas: Israeli actions disrupt searches in eastern Gaza

A senior Hamas official told Al-Jazeera that Israel is refusing to allow Red Cross and Hamas teams to enter eastern Gaza to recover the bodies of hostages. According to the official, Israeli forces are deliberately obstructing search operations, using false pretenses to advance hostile intentions. Hamas sources said the group is under pressure, fearing Israeli military strikes in response to alleged breaches of agreements. The official confirmed that Israel has stopped the entry of both Red Cross personnel and Hamas teams into areas controlled by Israel beyond the so-called “yellow line.”
