Islamic Jihad Commander Behind Nahal Oz Attack Eliminated

The IDF reports that its forces have killed Alaa al-Din Abd al-Nasser Hassan Khodri, a senior Islamic Jihad Nuhba commander involved in the October 7 assault on Nahal Oz. According to the military, Khodri was targeted and eliminated during a wave of airstrikes carried out after Hamas violated the ceasefire on November 22. The strikes focused on operatives, command centers, and terror infrastructure across the Gaza Strip. The IDF says Khodri played a significant operational role in the Nuhba unit’s attack plans and was actively involved in actions against Israeli communities and military posts. The operation is part of Israel’s ongoing campaign to degrade Islamic Jihad and Hamas leadership networks following renewed fighting.
