Lebanon reports over 1,000 killed since fighting began

Lebanon's Ministry of Health reports 1,021 people killed and 2,641 wounded since the current round of fighting began. The IDF Spokesperson stated that Israeli forces have eliminated over 600 terrorists in Lebanon, claiming terrorists represent more than 60% of all fatalities. The IDF described this as a particularly high rate, nearly double the proportion seen in Gaza operations.
