US Treasury to allow sale of Iranian oil amid Strait of Hormuz closure

The US Treasury Department will permit the sale of Iranian oil currently stored on tankers in Persian Gulf waters over the next month, aiming to ease the global oil price crisis triggered by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
