IDF eliminates senior Hamas financial official in Lebanon strike

The IDF and ISA conducted a targeted strike in Lebanon this week, eliminating Walid Muhammad Dib, a senior official in Hamas' financial network. Dib was responsible for transferring funds to Hamas departments in Judea and Samaria, Lebanon, and other countries to finance the organization's military activities. He also recruited operatives and directed terrorist activity from Syria and Lebanon. The elimination is part of a series of strikes against terrorist funding sources during Operation Roaring Lion.
