Israeli civilians attack Palestinians and security forces in West Bank, five arrested

Police and IDF forces responded to multiple violent incidents in the West Bank involving Israeli civilians who assaulted Palestinians, set property on fire, and disturbed public order. Five suspects were arrested near Deir al-Hatab after assault tools were found in their vehicle. In a separate incident near Yitzhar, Israeli civilians attacked security forces attempting to restore order, injuring a police officer and damaging a security vehicle. Several Palestinians were injured and evacuated for medical treatment. Security forces have been deployed across friction points with zero tolerance for violent extremists. Both the Police and IDF condemned the violence.
