Turkish oil tanker carrying Russian crude hit by drone attack in Black Sea

The Turkish oil tanker M/T Altura was struck by a UAV attack 15 nautical miles from the Bosporus Strait in the Black Sea. The vessel was carrying approximately one million barrels of Russian crude oil. The explosion hit the command bridge and caused water to enter the engine room. No casualties were reported. Turkey has dispatched rescue forces to the scene.
