IDF Reveals Strike on IRGC Military University in Tehran
The IDF disclosed it struck Imam Hossein University, the IRGC's primary military academic institution in Tehran, targeting infrastructure used for weapons development. The strikes destroyed wind tunnels used for ballistic missile testing, a chemistry center for chemical weapons research, and an engineering complex for missile development. The university, commanded by IRGC Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Hassani Shahnegari, operates under civilian cover while conducting advanced weapons research. Several countries have sanctioned the institution for its role in advancing terrorist activity and direct affiliation with the IRGC.
