Hezbollah Official Threatens Lebanese Government Over Iran Relations
The deputy chairman of Hezbollah's Political Council has threatened the Lebanese government over its handling of relations with Iran, warning that the group's patience is running out. The official stated that if authorities do not resolve issues regarding Iran's expelled ambassador and Iranian planes landing in Beirut, Hezbollah will take non-violent action that would result in no flights landing in Lebanon and no ambassador remaining in Beirut. The threat underscores Hezbollah's continued influence in Lebanese politics and follows a pattern of escalating rhetoric from Iranian-backed groups in the region.
